Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons or 1 sachet gelatine
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 60ml (1⁄4 cup) hot water
- 300ml sour cream
- 125g cream cheese
- 100g Roquefort, blue vein cheese or tasty cheese
- 125ml 1⁄2 (cup) mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Add the gelatine to 1⁄2 cup (125ml) hot water and stir briskly with a fork until
dissolved. - Blend sour cream with the two cheeses and mayonnaise.
- Add the gelatine solution.
- Blend again.
- Spoon into bowls as a dip.
