Mango Panna Cotta

Indulge in the elegance of tropical flavors with this Mango Panna Cotta. Creamy, smooth, and layered with vibrant mango puree, it’s a dessert that’s as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • Fresh mango, diced for garnish
  • Mint leaves for decoration


  1. Bloom the gelatin in water. Set aside.
  2. Heat milk, cream, and sugar in a pan until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
  3. Add bloomed gelatin to the warm milk mixture. Stir until gelatin dissolves.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, then pour into glasses, leaving room for the mango layer.
  5. Chill until set, about 2-4 hours.
  6. Once set, top with mango puree. Refrigerate again until the mango layer is set.
  7. Garnish with diced mango and mint before serving.
